Evening all

I'm a BBW and my husband is a fitty, we are looking for club nights that specialise for BBWs, we tried Liberty Elite and found it clicky and way to many single men, we really are seeking couples for fun who are of similar shape to mine. Any advice would be great fully appreciated.

I'd recommend BBW night at chams, but there is alot of single men there too. Not cliquey however..

I have heard that they are limiting single guys though, so pop on over to the forum's to mooch over the post.

We can highly recommend Jaydees! It’s the only club we’ve been to and probably the only club we will ever go to now! From our first visit and each visit since we’ve both been welcomed by everyone there. I think they have a curvy night on this weekend too. xx

Chams does a very good BBW / curvy night. As does Cupids in Manchester if you’re ever up this way.

I think a lot of clubs do - but any good night will have a number of regular ladies who go, so it can seem cliquey. My advice would always be tell the staff it’s your first visit there, but you want to get to meet other people. And stay around the bar for a while chatting to the staff (as long as you’re not in the way) and you’ll end up chatting to the regulars too.

I think it's down to the event/night. If it's a single women/couples only then there's going to be no single guys. But if it's a singles and couples night then it's at the clubs discretion to allow a suitable number of single guys in. Some clubs go mad on them, others only let a proportion in to keep things even.

If you've had an experience whereby single guys have acted inappropriately towards you however and that's put you off, don't hesitate to speak to a member of staff. They will take it seriously and deal with the problem. I've had to do it on two occasions unfortunately and I have to say they took things very seriously.

When we started out going to clubs we assumed bbw nights would be best for us. Turns out we were wrong. There's a different vibe in our experience at a bbw nights and a bit of a different standard of behaviour from some. We found we much more enjoy normal club nights. We get wanting to go to places full of lovely larger figures, we love bigger bodies, fuller figures and chuck. But there's always a good selection of different body types at on a normal club night including some larger people. Also we've found who we connect with and have fun with has little to do with body shape and size. So if we'd only gone to bbw nights we would have missed out on some of our hottest adventures.

Another vote for Jaydees Curvy Ladies event. I believe Jaydees has got "something for everyone", with private lockable rooms, open play areas and couples only area, as well as social room where you can chat to people without having to shout over loud music, a kitchen with complimentary teas and coffees, a massive hot tub and a dance floor. Also, you are treated as part of a family rather than just customers.

Chams BBW is a great night - Lots of couples and singles (ladies and guys). I attend every party and would highly recommend it as a well established event.

Myself and my friend host a curvy girls and admirers/BBW event called Flaunt Thy Curves. We’ve got two parties coming up - one in Manchester and one in Leeds. Feel free to check out the party profile for dates and information- ‘Flaunt Thy Curves’. We limit the number of single men and every party is very well attended.

I’m also hiring out a venue in Birmingham next Friday, 27th Jan and hosting a private BBW party. Anyone who fancies coming along can drop me a msg. Single men must have recent verifications x

Purple mamba has a curvaceous night on the 10th Feb which last time was very couples based and had a very inclusive social side to it.

Not been to jaydees so can't comment, the chams bbw event is fabulous but doesn't sound what you are looking for at all as it has lots of single guys and is similar but probably bigger than Dangerous curves at libs.

Have to say I agree with this, not a fan of them myself.

BBW Party at Chams, held on a Sunday every few months a great day, you don’t need to be members on this day as long as you are in the guest list however if you join then you don’t have to put your name next time in the list we can definitely recommend it, great atmosphere

I’d agree with this. It used to only be BBW nights I went to years ago, now I go with Wolf on normal Club days and nights. There is a wide range of body types and ages of others who attend. Most people are really friendly and you have a good night out, irrespective of whether you play with others or not.

Chams is a great bbw and they have limited the single males this time you will always guy loads off single males where ever you go unfortunately.

They bring in the most money and a lot of females and couples like single males.

If you don’t want single males on a Saturday Chams do a couples night single males leave at 7.30 I think (might be wrong about the times)
