It is but if you go to your doc and it is recorded and diagnosed as sexsomnia and sleep walking or other sleep related orders yoh cannot be investigated. I had to do it as that's what I did to the wife and she wouldn't come near me one day as a nights events had been so rough she was scared. And being in the job I do and having kids and friends stay over I have to inform them that I sleep walk and sleep issues to avoid any allegations. If you know about it and don't get it recorded on medical notes you don't have a leg to stand on. Having worked on a few investigations and been to sleep study centers and read lots of case law about it worth doing to cover your own back. Apologies if I have brought this feed down. Yes, I've had this for many years (from the age of 18 or so) although not for a year or two now. I would sometimes wake up midway through having sex with a girl and wouldn't know what had happened. Sexsomnia is the correct term for it - it's actually not always as fun as it sounds and can be a bit unnerving.
