Hello, for Single Males, at our club anyway, is 25€ with 2 drinks and the locker included

You have access to our whole club, including the Playrooms and Hot Tub

Other clubs will charge a different entry fee which may or may not include a locker and/or drink, what that may be I am not sure

You would have to do some digging

But we have been told by guests that our price for Solo Males is very cheap

Explain what you mean?

We just got back a few weeks ago from PDI and it was just a short break but 4 nights all inclusive including flights transfers and all inclusive hotel was just over £500 for us.

We think that’s cheap.

For a single bloke you have to pay a single supplement at the hotels,to go for a week this year half board would cost 1500 quid,as I go for 2weeks twice a year I would be looking at well over 4-5k and that's before the clubs again where you pay a male only supplement from 30-50 euros a time

You are getting the arse ripped right out of you if you’re paying that.

You can get it for no more than £1200 for 14 nights all inclusive including flights transfers and a hold bag.

£2-2500…😳😳😳😳

Oct 15th-29th.

Including flights, hotel all inclusive, 20kg hold bag, transfers and travel insurance is £1030. For a single person.

For some reason that includes a 2 bedroom apartment…..no idea why??

There are obviously more expensive places but if you’re on a budget then might be ok just depends what you’re looking for.

Some people looking for more luxury so obviously you pay more for that.

There’s a few different ones we use some are cheaper than others at different times.

We fly from Edinburgh…as a London couple it’d probably be even cheaper for you.

What’s your local airport and when do you like to go generally?

We would agree, literally just booked an airbnb apartment for 9 nights, car hire, flights with BA including 10kg bag Gatwick for £1100 in mid Dec. We usually go AI but it would be about £600 extra and we think we can get better quality food in restaurants and we have a car, and I won't overeat. We also managed to get half a day extra out of the holiday with better flight times.

It has got very pricey in season though, a huge jump in prices in the last 2 years.

I think the other issue is prices for males in clubs. Majestic was I think e50 with 2 free drinks, then you go over to Secret and have to pay again! Eden's pricing is great.

Pretty close but about same price including insurance and 14 nights not 12 for green field.

It’s £1030 for 2 star apartments. I was quoting these prices as it was a single male who would probably only sleep there and not as bothered about a luxury hotel and budget was the reason for the original post.

Can send you details In a pm if you want?

OP, definitely do some digging

If you're not tied to certain months (for example Term Time) then you can find some last minute deals all year round

Obviously, Summer is Low Season for Lifestyle but there is always people here, maybe a bit more spread out, maybe a bit more slow and Clubs and bars seem to be empty BUT you can still have fun here in PDI

There's always deals about, you just need to take a look and book it if it suits

Last minute cancellations are great if you can go at the drop of a hat too

Hope this helps

If you book separately and your flight is cancelled you will still have to pay for the accommodation. A travel agent can bond the two together.

It is worth remembering that there are festivals in PDI such as pride and carnival which push prices up through supply and demand and have nothing to do with school terms.

This is by far the best single male friendly club I've been to in Pdi.

Drink prices are not over priced and entrance fee is affordable.

The hosts are exceptional too x

"Anybody else think pdi has priced itself out of the swinging scene?

I wouldn’t say it’s priced itself out, but prices have gone up with inflation, which is expected.

We typically book hotel and flight separate, occasionally we will book a package (as we’ve done this October). We typically budget £50-£100 per night for both of us with this model. So top end we would pay £700 for a week, £1000 for ten day, £1800 for 18 days and so on.

Naturally £50 is no longer realistic and the last few visits have been between £85 and £120 per night for the two of us. This is still very cheap in our view, considering we will each take a carry on, 10kg & 20kg cases, reserved seats and priority boarding. We’ll stay in a nice modern apartment, within proximity of the clubs, fairly spacious, WiFi, kitchen facilities, washing machine. And can jump on a bus to and from the airport for €3.5.

There was a package for two with TUI during the middle of May for a week from our local airport, giving us 10/20kg suitcases, transfer, supreme apartment over in the Irish quarter for £424. £212 each with decent flight times.

£60 a night for the two of us. Sadly I was on business in London on the Thursday so couldn’t get back up in time.

But there are options out there and if you want a reasonably priced resort with a richness of clubs, then you really can’t go wrong with PDI.

Cap and Barcelona have quite a few clubs, but you will be paying more than you do in PDI. Plus Barcelona’s clubs are spread throughout the city and not exactly in walking proximity of each other, so wouldn’t really call it a swinging resort, in the sense how I believe you are interpreting the term.

I would also say I find the canaries cheaper than mainland Spain personally.

Birmingham

Just had a quick search of flights (granted Birmingham so closer to me). 15th - 29th October so prime time in the swinging season. £245 with carry on, 20kg suitcase and reserved seat (£112 if you just wanted a carry on, or £189 with a carry on and 10kg).

Then accommodation by the yumbo or Cita £800. That’s for a modern private apartment.

So top end £1050 for two prime swinging weeks, in proximity of Yumbo/Cita/Beach. €7 return on the bus, or if you wanted a rental car £170 for the duration.

That’s comparable with another profile who posted earlier but including AI.

Either option, gives you way more spending budget to enjoy the clubs. You’ve got Eden that have single male friendly nights. Comeback and PlanB that you can go in as a single male and have the same drink prices. And even into Fun4All at €30, which is way cheaper than entry in the UK.

Then head to Secret for entry and two drinks for €50 at the weekend and it’s busiest.

There’s no reason you can’t enjoy PDI at the optimal time, without restrictions to where you want to go, or where the crowd will be for a very reasonable price.

£75 a night for 14 nights I’ve just budgeted you for flight/accommodation. Very reasonable.
