PDI 12-26th Nov 24

We arrived last year on carnival Parade day.Tnis year is 16th March

The roads will close late afternoon and that means no traffic anywhere basically in PDI as the GC500 is closed.

The only vehicular access is at the roundabout at the Maspalomas side near the funfair and mainly only Taxis.

It's unlikely you'll even get in on a transfer bus. We got off the 66 bus at tha roundabout and had to walk up heart attack hill and down a de Gran Canaria which was around 2.5km to Cita with luggage!!!

Global bus were useless as when I emailed them a week before they told us "normal service" FFS

Be aware and make sure you book a private taxi as you'll probably not be able to get one when you arrive and double check holiday company transfers as there is no way they are getting in after 1700

Moonlight Dreams will be closed, as (most likely) will Eden as the roads surrounding them are closed. I'm sure Eden will be along presently to confirm either way. In previous years the clubs have been quiet on main carnival day as everybody is at Carnival.

Ah you’re finally going. Congrats.

The clubs will be open but the 16th some business will close as the place can get very messy with lots of people hitting PDI. Amazingly clean again in a few hours.

Enjoy the parade in the day and then the Yumbo in the night for carnival.

You’ll get an idea when you hit the bars and clubs on the 14th and 15th who’s open and who’s closed on the Saturday. x

Paraquemar never stay there before. Nudist beach during day and Cita Center during the evening.
