With Imagine bar leaving the very tired looking Cita centre and reopening in the Yumbo as Studio 69, is it now time to open up a few more swinger bars/clubs in the Yumbo?

Would be a great idea. But not many empty units big enough. And sparkles old unit may be a little to open to the public

sparkles Old local is also €13,000 a month. So price can be a big issue

"Where is the new imagine bar situated in yumbo? "

Studio 69. It's really easy to find.

If you get to Winsor Gardens then there is a flight of stairs that takes you down one level. If you turn left and carry on for a few shops it's in the corner. Can't miss it.

It's in a very vibrant part of the centre with Karaoke Kelly close by.

Had peak inside today and absolutely loved the place. It looks stunning (but we knew it would)! It's a place where you can have a really great party. We think it's going to be a hit

We like the yumbo centre, but think the gay population might be against it.

I’m sure there’s room for everyone. We spend a lot of time in and around the Yumbo and are delighted that Studio69 is going to be on our doorstep.

We like options and variety, so the fact we can stay around the Yumbo and pop into S69 is great. We then have options to walk up to Maclennans and over to Eden, or down to La Sandia, or the Cita just adds to our experience.

As long as we can get back to some form of normality, I think PDI is going to have a new lease of life that we are so looking forward to being part of.

What is there not to like about the yumbo

Great bars great food and everyone warm and welcoming. Ok you sometime see the odd leather biker in chaps with his ass hanging out or the odd puppy being taken for walk. But as we say

"what goes on in gran canaria stays in gran canaria."

We love Cita to bits. Yes isn't a little tired looking in places. But loads of swinger bars and clubs in one place is brilliant.

We will still give the new S69 a try! X

We have always found the layout of the Cita a bit of a challenge to negotiate!

Our key reference point is always the Comeback, but can anyone please recommend a couple of other bars and restaurants - that we can look out for!

Cita is an absolute shithole. We wouldn't be going near it if it wasn't for the swingers clubs and bars.

Hopefully all the bars and clubs migrate to Yumbo from Cita so they can finally level the place.

We've got nothing against the Yumbo. If we were on a Vanilla holiday we'd enjoy it, but we go to GC to meet other swingers, so for us, having the bars and clubs in one place is ideal. We like that anyone we chat to are like-minded and don't have to play the 'are they swingers' game!

The Cita being run down and deserted is a bonus for us.. means I can go out already dressed for the clubs and not worrying that people will think I look like mutton dressed as lamb!
