Iv just made a pasta bake, chicken and smoked sausage in a tomato & pancetta sauce with salsa sauce added....

Grated courgette, red onion, and pasta with mozzarella cheese, grated cheese and spring onions on top...

Oh, and garlic paste and some hot spices

I had burgers in the barbecue, with new potatoes dug from the garden cooked with rosemary, fresh peas from the pods cooked with mint from the garden. Salad containing rocket, spring onions, lettuce baby spinich tree spinach cucumber and tomatoes and chives all grown this year and the taste was amazing.
