Evening all, I just switched phones and it didn't pull across the shortcut/app that I used to have on my home screen.

Checked old posts which said to click on the mobile app link on the account page but that didn't work, am I missing something? Thank you ☺️

if it's an iphone, you can go to the website, press the share button (on newer software it's the 3 dots in the corner, then "share"), swipe up a bit till it you can see "add to homescreen" - that'll give you the web app version of the page, if that's the one you mean

Add icon to Android homepage

Two method to do this.

Method 1: Go back the Fab Web App homepage. Add a Bookmark for the page on your phone (use the menu button on your phone, select Add Bookmark). Using the menu, view your current bookmarks. Tap to select the newly added bookmark. Select "Add to Home Screen".

Method 2: Go back the Fab Web App homepage. Add a Bookmark for the page on your phone (use the menu button on your phone, select Add Bookmark). Go back to your phone's home screen. Press and hold for 3 seconds in an empty space where you'd like to add the Fab icon. Select "Add Shortcut". Select "Bookmark" and choose the Fab bookmark you just added.

We had a pop up on google chrome that asked if we wanted to install it as a web app. I think it can be reached by the menu on Google Chrome with three dots.
