The movie I always fall back when full of beer and Kebab is Snatch.

Lock Stock was superb but for me Snatch is probably the funniest film I ever saw.

Green Mile, Bourne, Lord of the Rings, Matrix and the list goes on, one film is just way too hard.

I am a horror fan and my favourite is Wolf Creek (it's based on true events which makes it even better!)

Also, The Hills Have Eyes, Wrong Turn.

My favourite non horror has to be the Shawshank Redemption.
