I love Thai or Malaysian food. Unfortunately I am on Keto. So meat and salads it is!

SS's macaroni cheese.

He makes it, completely from scratch, with plain white flour, butter, milk, single cream, sautéed onion, fresh chili, bacon, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Topped with sliced tomatoes and an additional sprinkling of cheeses before baking to get a crispy topping.

It's awesome.
