A freshly prepared Jalfrezi or Madras. But has to have flavour. Not hot for the sake of hot!

I do enjoy a rogan josh, dupiaza or bhuna occasionally.

Lizzie likes a lamb korma, but interestingly in contrast, it has to have a bit of spice to make it medium hot.

I'm obsessed with Indian breads and poppadoms and dippy things.

I'm not fussed about the curry and I'm not keen on rice.

I lived in India 6 - 9 months a year for many years - I'm over it

My ex had mixed Caucasian/Pakistani heritage which worked for me as her mum made some feckin awesome curries!

If I'm going takewawy then Lamb Saag Gosht (with requested extra spice), mushroom pilau with garlic/keema naan. I often get a starter and poppadoms as well and then save half the curry for the following day's tea. And then I wonder why it's so hard to shift the gut.

I'm more into the hot and delicate flavours of the Far East these days, something like a Thai Green, or indeed my own Thai soup
