I am on an injection to lose weight, the only side effect I have experienced is a slower exit, so I had to increase fibre

Works short term. Basically if anyone wants to lose weight, a calorie deficit will work. There is absolutely no need for anyone to starve themselves or do anything crazy with their diet.
