Tried both for the first time when I had a relationship with a Pro Domme. Have continued with the estim, which I love, but i didn’t get a lot out of sounding. That being said, I agree with the above, it’s not painful if done properly and with gradual size increases.

i tried it once with a coat hanger hook i straightened it there was a small ball on the end of it but it wouldn't go very far without become uncomfortable so although it was nice initially i didn't try it for long

E-stim is a fantastic way to play on your own or with a partner. Sounding while using e-stim take more effort and you have to be very careful about cleanliness or you risk infection. E-stim is very erotic but of course some crank up the power for pain play. I have given many demonstrations and never get tired watching a woman cum from using it the first time they try it. There are lots of resources online about it "smartstim" and "socialstim" are good resources as is Joannes Sex Machine Reviews.

I own both and have plenty of fun with them. Had a fab friend ask me to sound her and she loved it, as did the rest of the campsite that Sunday morning!!

We had some appreciative looks and questions when we got up for breakfast. Mind you that was at the Vanilla Alternative Festival of Fun 2018.

I have an estim sounding rod, so you can play with the pulses and charges while wanking. I also picked up a sounding kit at a London fetish fair and had some time talking to the craftsman who made them.

Loved public play with these as people just want to watch or experience themselves. Even the lads who cringe and say no way is any of that going near me stay and watch out of morbid curiosity

Happy to help and a violet wand set is on my mental wish list. Great fun to use and play with.
