a Primark shoebox in Leicester

Just been out in the front garden with a tape measure.... the snow is now 4 and a half inches deep and still falling.

Tomorrow is gonna be great... I love it when it is all bright and white outside.

we have 5 inches of the white stuff here and took us 50 mins to drive 6 miles to outpatance at a and e as our daughter is poorly

Started snowing here at 10.30pm we now have an inch of just polystyrene type flakes no big flakes yet , i'm on east anglia coast

Northumberland; Update as of 23.36 stopped snowing ages ago, at least 4-6 inches and can confirm no vehicles past the homestead for hours....

Cos left here to go hospital and the snow is that bad here was easier to come back and sleep than to go home and try get in for the morning

2.05 in colchester. snow started at about 9.30p.m now have a good couple of inches laying and it is still falling by the bucket load. (we will not be venturing out until at least Tuesday) lol. any ideas what we can do to pass the time answers on a postcard please the postman likes me opening the door in me pjs

Lots of snow and the south east has ground to a halt. Very glad we didn't go to our planned club trip last night as the M25 got closed last night with motorists stranded for hours according to the BBC. Had a good time indoors in front of the fire instead!

jayne is heading back from Gloucester this morning, started at 0800 and if the roads were iffy she wouldnt have started as she's a nervous driver, so I guess they are ok.

And.... it tried to snow here for some time yesterday... tiny little flakes, but it didnt stick, and then last night it rained goddammit!

Reports from friends say some parts of south Wales (the valleys and the south side of the Brecon Beacons mainly, all the way down to Cardiff and along the coast in both directions) got quite a bit.
