another thread got me wondering

all you mothers out there did you have any odd cravings when you was preggers?

mine with both pregnancies was brushing my teeth i would do it every time i went to the bathroom and then some more times in between just for good measure and each time i brushed i would refresh the toothpast on it at least 5 times and then once i had given birth the craving subsided immediately

so come on what was yours?

Extra strong mints

I was like a demented woman possessed if I did'nt have any and when I saw that in one shop they came in a big bag instead of the usual small packet I nearly cum on the spot with excitement

My friend had one for a particular brand of shampoo

My ex craved banana's, cherry tomatoes and battenburg cake.

The lads & lasses at the local 24 hr supermarket got to know me quite well after a while. "Good evening Mr Battenburg" they'd say...

Fizzy water, I hate the stuff usually. Funnily wnough my sis is pregnant and she's just started with the same craving.

Also, lemonade sparkles ice lollies. Phoned my dad once at 2am when I was in hospital with my first (I was in for 3 months prior to having her). I was lonely and tearful and to cheer me up he went and got one and passed it to one of the nurses to give to me. It made me cry, it was the nicest, sweetest thing a dad could do.

I went off anything garlicky like chicken kiev and garlic bread and sweetcorn with the boys and craved crisps which I hardly ate before.

Knew straight away I was pregnant with 2nd boy when I was cooking kievs one night and couldn't look at it.

With daughter I wanted fruit.

Ice lollies, constantly munching and sucking on them

I also made him get up at 3am and go and make me chips with marmite spread lovingly on each and every chip, not a splodge of marmite at the side of the plate like he wanted to do. Best meal I ever had that was. I enjoyed every morsel.

With the youngest it was jars of mixed pickle
