Absolutely! I've given and received for many years. No "nasty vaginal problems", always use condoms for penetration and have regular full screens at the GUM clinic. Admittedly I don't use condoms or dams for oral so it's a case of regular checks (vaginal, mouth and anal swabs). Anything I'm unsure of, I'd ask the staff at the GUM clinic. Not once have they ever brought up rimming as a concern though...

As for hygiene, always freshly showered, fresh smelling and prepped for rimming. I'd expect the same from any meet also.
