I was having a lecture yesterday about human instinct and human reflexes when phobias and fears came into it

Do you have any?

Im pretty fearless really but if I could think of one right now it would be swimming in the sea and not being able to see my feet in the water xx

Ok things i dont like as apposed to phobias are fireworks, thunder and lightening and clowns.

Things i have a phobia about are masks and banana sandwiches, or any fruit touching bread really

Mine is high places, I hate them, they scare me shitless

Which is strange as I have flown in many RAF aircraft doing rediculous g turns, climbed a massive mountaim in Borneo, absieled from helicopters....and I'm 6'4" tall too lol

Maybe it is the Bristish stiff upper lipe that gets me through it

Allisons fobia is Moths, strangly, she can stand butterflies [just] and other flying insects, but put a moth any where near her and she is not responsible for her actions.

A mate of ours once placed a moth on her shoulder, she swung for him,...it put Mick Tyson to shame...lol

S&A

Thats a good one do you remember that Alfred Hitchcock series a few yrs back where a prisoner bribed the undertaker to get out of prison in the next coffin and he would come and release her

Turned out that the undertaker died and she ended up in the coffin with him!

feet. cant stand them i would rather stick pins in my eyes than have to deal with anything foot related. i dont mind baby feet really tiny ones can cope with that but any bigger and i just cant do it. if ben puts his feet on me i am definatly not responsible for my actions i get totally hysterical. dont know why though and i dont mind my feet being touched.

i dont like spiders either my daughter has been getting rid of those horrid little things since she was about 4 for me.

another clown phobic here ...and puppets/dolls/masks , especially anything which has both human and animal characteristics. Things like the Foxys bingo advert ....shudder !!

not keen on flying insects ( spiders are fine ) and heights either but i always think there must be some basic instinct for them in us , to keep us safe. No idea where the clown thing came from tho !

Now thats a funny thing - I hate and despise that Foxy Bingo dressed up bloke. I wouldn't class it as a phobia, I just hate it with every bone in my body - I don't know why
