I passed 4 years ago and it took me 3 attempts too. On reflection I'm pretty glad it did. I think I'm a better driver for having more "practice" before passing my test.

My driving instructor recommended I didn't have the green P on my car. She said although some drivers do give you a bit more space and are more patient most take liberties. They deliberately pressurise you, cut you up etc.

I learnt to drive in my slippers . Took me months to finally start wearing shoes when I passed

When you get a car, always pay attention to where you parked it before you wander off. Maybe even make a note on your phone. I once lost my car in Manchester because I was so excited to go shopping!
