Im with A&K on this one... Underwater Flying is just sensational...

Mask panic is a question of practice... Diver's mask, snorkel and swimming pool. Keep in the shallow end, lower face into water... Breathe steadilly through the snorkel...

The water will not enter a well fitted mask.

Breathing in scuba gear is (almost) the same...

Claustrophobia I understand... But please dont miss the wonder of diving because your mind tells you.."We shouldnt be able to do this...";-)

apart from family,and friends.

i used to have a world globe, with a built in pencil sharpener, yes a built in pencil sharpener.

oh how i loved that globe, sometimes i would just take it out,and gaze at it in amazement.who ever came up with the idea, was a true genius.

then i came home one night, reached for the globe,it wasn't there.

mrs saucy had thrown it out,in a fit of jealousy.

i was distraught to say the least, but i still have my memories.

am with the other lady over this one. i absolutely dread anything like that going over my face, think it perhaps could go back to the days of a child getting the gas mask at the dentist when you got a tooth out
