Xmas is all go for us so new year i feel time for me and john to have fun. We hope to go to chams as was there last year and its one hell of a good night loads there and all just having fun.

working a 12 hour night shift ,, will go up on the roof at midnight ( 12 th floor ) and watch the fireworks and listen to the ships on the river sound their klaxons, and wish my oppo a happy hootinanny,, might sneak a quick drink but probably wait til i get home at 7 am

The annual friends and family Hawaii beach party and BBQ. A family tradition since 1982 and held at mine for the last 6 years. Normally get around 80 people attending. Just hope this wind drops by then as we have a small marquee to put up.

Was hoping to be on another Nile Cruise as I'm not a big fan of New Year (folk who normally wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire and vice versa, giving you sloppy d*unken kisses - if I wanted that I'da stayed fecking married; queueing 8 deep at the bar to buy an overpriced "cidre", Auld Langs Syne - bah bloody humbug).

Anyway, as I'll be recovering from surgery (hopefully, rather than cancelled or death by aneasthetic) the cruise will have to be postponed so I'll probably be staying in with Jools and his hootenanny

yep nothing like driving d*unken new years eve revellers about, with no revelling of yer own, the joy of joining in to auld langsyne....with the radio whilst on route to yer next job and hearing the chorus of "f**king how much!"
