I often hear of people going abroad for to places like turkey for surgery, is it really that much cheaper?

It is cheaper but also more risky. Not easy to go back if there are any issues.

A lot of dental surgeries now do it as a sideline, mine does fillers and botox

I get fillers - not that anyone can tell as they’re very subtle. The lady I go to is an ex-nurse and is based inside a hair and beauty salon!
