ive started getting hot flushes any advice. i cant take evening primrose due to medication i have to take.

loosing weight helped with mine, but you obviously dont need to. Go to your local health shop and they will give you something

thanks for that makes me feel better after being told im clinically a stone overweight. will find out friday if i have lost any weight.

will ask in ho;;and and barrett next time i go in.
