Sorry, was referring to the it being a chemical trigger after an orgasm. I think that would mean every man would fall asleep. I think it might depend on how tired they were beforehand and their energy levels.

Obviously we are talking about base instinct here, the preserve of the subconscious mind of which the majority are unaware.

It is also likely that the conscious mind is able to override some of these instincts.

All men have at one point until you become very aware or not fulling letting go. One night stand maybe not but in a relationship more so than not.
