Havent been well for a couple of months, just generally felt like shit always dizzy and lightheaded.

Had to go for some blood test results and my diabetic check up this afternoon.

Guess what. After 18 years on being on diabetic medication i no longer need it my sugars are averaging 5.5. Also my cholestrol is down to 4.1

So its been the medication thats making me feel ill cause i no longer need it. Have to be weened off it though but goodbye to both those medications.

After have my blood pressure checked in a month and if its the same can come of those as well.

My liver test was sky high and they think that is because the medication for othe stuff is to high but got to see the specialist about that.

One very happy person here

Thankyou everyone. I am feeling pretty damn pleased. With all the abuse ive given my body over the years ive managed to turn it all round in a year.

Ive done it all on my own (mind you without the support of everyone i know online and off line it wouldnt have been so easy)I am proud of myself
