Has to be rum. Love my Havana Club, but a Ron Zacapa is always welcomed (props to Wetherspoons).

And a nice cognac: 1738 or a Martell Cordon Bleu

I’m having a nice glass of Hendricks gin, normally have the cheapest but this stuff is nice! Although I have it with Diet Coke lol.

Do it!!! I usually use flavoured vodka, just depends what I have at hand though

And once I’m d*unk, I’ll drink pretty much anything.

At weekends....On summer days a long strong Damson or Sloe gine with tonic heaps of ice and juice of half a lime. In winter at the weekend a strong Chilli Vodka Bloody Mary with Tabasco, lime wedge, Worcestershire Sauce and a splash of a good Amontillado.

Dry White wine favourite is a Poilly Fumé with all sorts of meals Favourite sweet wine Chateau D’Yquem. For red, Château St Emillion or a good Paulliac!

Sadly, I cannot get my favourite rum any more as it was 100 proof. I`m currently sneaking my through a bottle of single malt whiskey and very nice it is too! Much better than the blended stuff!

Mine was Woods 100. Actually quite smooth but made your ears go back with a click!

Talking of high proof rum, there’s a lovely Dominican rum called Barcello 151 (75.5% / 151 proof). Surprisingly not that coarse fit such a strong rum.
