love it, on all sorts of things, cheese sandwiches, scrambled eggs..any type of bread or crackers, and especially on digestives, with too lots of butter!

Marmite is a great source of B vitamins and even if you detest the stuff it's always worth putting a dollop in stews ir gravy, you can't taste it at all and wouldn't know it was there working it's magic. It's fine in bolognese and tomato sauces as well. My friend detests marmite and has never realised it's included in something she's eaten.
