OMG!!!... Grrr - now I'm craving a hot chip sandwich with white soft bread with lashings of butter, piles of salt and Watties tomato sauce... "drools"

Another fav of mine is Going to the movies and getting warm, salty, buttered popcorn along with a nut choc topped vanilla icecream (the type only theatres dolike they do) - wait until the icecream is slightly soft - eat the yummy choc nut topping then dip it in popcorn...tastes like donuts... diiiivine!..

not that much pickley really, just the egg white has a mild pickled taste and the yolk not at all. but if you don't like pickles you won't like them at all.

the acid also makes the outside of the white a little rubbery.

yes pickley is a word now. i understood it anyway lol.

yeah you eat them cold, just as you might do with a normal boiled egg that is cold.

suppose you could warm them up but i've never tried or even thought about that until now. (you know i will try this next time i get some).

i honestly think they'll be an acquired taste because firstly they are pickled so a strong flavour, and secondly because the texture is not quite that of something usual, so you're right to over think them.
