No big holiday this year but have already had a long weekend in Amsterdam. Off to Liverpool for a weekend in May and then 2 weekends in Wales planned for the summer to combine running and sightseeing. And provisionally planning a weekend in Berlin in October which may become a weekend somewhere else in Europe

He managed to knock a picture of the wall and smash a case of beer on the kitchen floor in a afternoon.. Christ knows what he'll do to the house in a week!!

Probably just a day trip to whitby with my mum... insurance would be too much to take her abroad & would be a right pain getting all her meds over including her morphine so I may have to try and make the back garden look pretty for her to sit in and make tapas and non alcoholic sangria etc when the weather is nice

I spent 5yrs in Germany next to the Dutch border so used to frequent Amsterdams coffeeshops. I haven't smoked for years but continue to visit the city every year. It has so much to offer. A very romantic place aswell as a vibrant underground scene.
