Verifications fake ones at that

A profile popped up the other day, "18yo slim teen add me on snapchat" within an hour it had 20 verifications saying seen on cam, one even saying met in person! . I added on snapchat just incase it was real might be not bad! Turns out it was just one uploaded picture and requests for guys to send wanking videos, so would pretty much say its a guy behind it! Bit that annoys me is the verifications as a real profile on here, surely we need to change this too many guys are doing this and its allowing fake profiles to flourish here. What I suggest keep the comments from meets yeah have that but make them just that, dont make them verifcation as real as the old way is just being abused! Photo verification is the only way to truly verify

Did you report the profile OP? Normally new female young users with snapchat / KIK etc are fake/ scammers.

Didnt happen to me but thats whats happening, what if the fake profile goes on to blackmail the guys that are sending videos?

Don't know where you're coming from really 2bh. Photo verification could still be abused. The verification process works fine most of the time. Why do you bother looking at newbies. How can a female be fake if they are verified by Cam for members to see live?? Maybe sour grapes because females can be cam verified but not men x

No never, have reported a few. They should ban repeat email adresses too, too many same style profiles popping up

Because they seen a snapchat picture and lied. Anyone can write a verification without seeing or meeting on the promise of something better. Didnt know guys couldnt get cam verified tbh

Unfortunately OP thats what happens sometimes. Maybe a little caution next time. Something that looks like its fake is probably going to be that. Report and let the mods deal with it

No but have reported one before, wierdo going with a girl I kind of know making a profile as her and then admitting hes a fake when messaging. Pops up every 2 or 3 days foes get taken down but he can just re create with a diff user name in a matter of seconds

OP, I'm sure many can understand your concern (and rightly so too).

However just because some people abuse a certain system doesn't mean the system doesn't work well.

Just report as suggested.
