I was there last week. You need to give yourself at least another hour as traffic can be bad from the ibis hotel towards the drop off zone. Then there's a new layout inside which is slowing things up as well.

You'll have to forgive me.....but luton airport is just a fucking shithole isn't it? It's a poxy warehouse that just so happens to have runway behind it, it looks like a tk maxx superstore. They want to make up their mind where they want their car parks and drop off point, cos they move more often than the mountain from fucking krull. I loathe going there!!!!

Here's an idea......if you're going to build an airport, try fucking finishing it before you start using it.

Yep a nightmare £3 to drop off someone, you get 10 minutes! Then a charge for every minute. Ideal when you que to get out, when someone not got the change! My tip fly from another airport.

Bit of a shot in the dark, bit I'm guessing he was trying to imply that a swinging site isn't where most people look for traffic updates... don't shoot the messenger

Shockingly poor set up inside and out.

Drop off is a few mins walk from arrivals.

The valet parking if you call it that is further. I wouldn't use again. They wrote off a friends car and left me and my five year old daughter waiting 30 mins at midnight for my car when it should have been there.

Inside set up is just as bad. I'd rather pay more and go from another airport. Not a good experience.

I use it regularly and just park my car in the Luton Parkway railway station car park and get the connection bus which is three pounds return.

I agree that it is badly signed but they are in the middle of a massive upgrade programme.

With reference to the parking charges , that is probably the fault of passengers who used drop off points as short term parking.

The other solution would be to clamp and tow away any car that stays in a drop off point for more than five minutes .
