Steak but never go to a restaurant with me if im ordering it

Im extremely picky and now how I like it cooked.

Medium well. That means cooked outside but pink in the middle. It amazing how many proffessional chefs cant get it right so it gets sent back

Used to go to a nice little steakhouse called Black or Blue near Marble Arch. Always a great steak, as is the Cheesecake Factory in Tampa.

If the ribs are cooked to perfection that they fall off the bone, then it makes it a tough decision. #LoAndSlow

So taking the perfect steak n ribs out if the equation, steak wins it for me because a semi decent steak will beat semi decent ribs.
