Up early and bathed n shaved and made brekkie all before the Grand Prix started. Now I have just prepered veg for Sunday dinner putting meat in at half nine on a slow cook should be all ready for half twelve. Job done!!!!

Last night I sorted out two lobsters, smoked salmon and king prawns for today's dinner....only to be told by No1 son, he's off to cook dinner for his mates and No2 son has gone off seafood.
