Can only hope it's good then. Otherwise you best take some crumpets so you'll enjoy something

Is it just me or does anyone else down a pint of Snowball every day in December until the 24th?

No? Just me then!

Definitely my drinks are getting more advocaat, as I'm running out anywhere between the 5th and the 9th over the last few years!

Another 16 days and I'd best think of doing some Christmas shopping then I guess.

I've actually been quite organized this year and bought a box of cards.

Not done owt with them right enough, but the though was there.

Will pop out for an hour on Christmas eve and do the rest of it

Haha for fear of turning into an alcoholic and having to buy another bottle or two, I've decided to delay the process to the 15th this year

Chams or Socials

I've finished my shopping I think - did as

much as I could online as I work in the centre of town & can't bear to venture out there office during December!!

Just need to wrap, finish food shopping (only buying what we actually need, no extra crap) and clean

"how could anyone spoil crumpets with marmite

Now I'm totally with you on that. Just straight out the toaster and loads of Irish butter spread on them.

Alternatively, spread the butter on both sides and in the frying pan. Flat side first so the butter melts into the inside of the crumpet.

Lizzie likes me to grate cheese over the top and melt it.

Tastes nice but a total waste of a crumpet and the flavours intended in my humble opinion

Does anyone still call them pikelets? Or are the technical police going to come out and argue the difference?

Haven't had that much fun since winding up a few of our South Western friends over a Devon and Cornish Cream Tea #WhatNoCreamInTheTea #AllAboutTheOrder #JamFirst #CreamFirst

943, your plug worked

Now being on fab, I would have guessed your urge, but talking cheese, marmite and crumpets makes me think anything is possible.

So give us a clue. Does it begin with an A? Does it begin with a B? Does it... Lol xx
