I havent watched it for a couple of years,i hate it,i think it destroys talent rather than guiding and encouraging it.The show should be helping these people to develope their own individual unique talents,yet,instead the show boxes in and pigeon holes that talent into mind numbingly boring commercial crap that sells(but i wouldnt say well,mainly to young children)for a couple of years and then gets tossed aside so that the next fool can come along and fall under simon cowells spell,and then the whole process repeats itself again,and,in the long run the only people who gain from the whole process is simon cowell and no one else.Also the show repeatedly,week after week after week,degrades and humiliates people who should never have got passed the first audition and clearly have mental disabilities and dont understand whats going on,by dressing them up in pantomime costumes,sticking them on stage,and making them prance around doing things they clearly can not do and are not comfortable attempting to do by telling them thats what you need to do if you are going to be a musical artiste,live in front of thousands of people and also beaming that humiliation all around the world to millions of other people making them the laughing stock of almost the whole world all in the name of so called entertainment,Also the _iewing figures are not that good really.20 million for a primetime friday night slot is crap,Coronation street can get them figures for a midweek slot and also it has no competition for those figures,i watch Dads Army instead,a show which is 40 or 50 years old,has been repeated god knows how many times and is fairly irrelevent to todays youth thats what x factors competition is.Now dont get me wrong i personally think Dads Army is far,far superior entertainment than crap factor.That Wagner gezzer should not have got throught the very first audition,he had no talent at all what so ever,and while he kept getting through the stages other people who did have a seriously large amount of talent were getting kickid out.And the only excuse they could think of for why Wagner stayed in so long was that they said he was entertaining well if you get entertainment out of someone who clearly has a mental disability degrading and humiliated themself.............well then,i wont say what i think about that,because if i did i would probably get booted of the site and maybe even arrested and charged by the police because it would scar you for life.

If you want to support acts go and see new and upcoming singer songwriters - one I'd recommend is Bailey Tzuke, beautiful voice and great songs, saw her live supporting her mum great night out

This will probably be the last time I bother it..it was great in its natural form a few years ago..but now its purely money..the auditions are in front of an audience of screaming girls, the shows are on two nights a week..double bubble _iewing figures forcing people to watch twice...adverts every ten minutes (more screaming girls)...add to that, vote fixing, and voice enhancing (harmonisers are used regularly)

Then they milk the voters on the final...

And Dermot...just wont/cant stand still!!
