I'm now firmly in the Wagner camp as all the other acts are shite anyway so we may as well have the most shite act ever taking the crown of X Shite Factor.

my dad years ago won a show like this..... he was going around all the clubs in uk and usa ,,,,,,people need to have shows like this ......we have some really good people from xfator yes simon made money but he had the brains to do a show like this in the first place. jo xx

Apart from his complete lack of talent, I'm just growing so tired of him standing up there after his "performance" smiling inanely, not really understanding what the hell the judges are saying to him.... get rid of him ... pleeeaaassseee!!

Wildcard X Factor contestant Wagner Carrilho is understood to be having his incapacity benefit claim reassessed after his flamboyant performances on the hit talent show.

The long-haired Brazilian told producers of the ITV programme he was receiving the payments before he signed up.

A Department for Work and Pensions spokeswoman said: "We do not discuss individuals but we do reassess people regularly.

"Anyone who claims can be called in for an assessment if we feel circumstances have changed."

A source said it was likely that the controversial singer's claim would be looked at again in light of his on-stage antics.

But a spokeswoman for the programme said Wagner had declared everything and had done nothing wrong.

She said: "Wagner declared to us that he was receiving benefits before he joined the show.

"We advised him to contact the benefits office regarding his taking part in X Factor, which he did. He was deemed physically fit to take part in the show."

v true about her granny.pics in all the tabloids,easy to find with google.didnt hear her folks were millionaires.is that true ?

Brilliant choice of song for Wagner - Creep by Radiohead. Black comedy at it's best. Shows he has a good sense of humour, because it's obviously chosen to have a dig at some of the judges.

I would laugh my head off if he won it and got the christmas number one.
