Ooooh, Yeah! always, the secret is to just flip them leave them a second and take them out. The eggy dip is incased in a mix of crunchy white egg and a little cbaked yoke, yummy

Scrambled made with lots of butter, slightly under (never over watery yakyakyak) on (also) buttery wholegrain (seed sensations or similar) toast with salt and black pepper.

But I'm not fussy

I do like a dippy egg on granary too.Eggs Benedict but only wknds for those ..in fact I have an egg addiction I have to admit I eat loads and no my cholesterol is fine
