I have noticed this warning on a few profiles, What is all this twoddle about???

"WARNING: Any institution or person using this site or any of its associated sites for study or projects - You do not have my permission to use any of my profile or pictures in any form or forum both current or future. If you have or do, it will be considered a serious violation of my privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications. It is recommended that other members post a similar notice as well "

Ethically you can not talk text for research from a passworded site, but I have never know of a case taken to court.

I don't think we would get any legal aid, sorry

Aaahhhhh I know this one.

Actually, it's not so bad. We had reporters from a magazine contact us about the fact that we met swinging, got married and had our wedding reception in a swinging club...... wanted to do a story, photo's the works.

We politely declined and sent it directly to Admin, however, they could have just made it up and nicked our photos...... after all, you never know who is on here!

Better safe than sorry!

you can get the mechanical copyright on your pics too ...if you want the copyright sign use alt 0169 on the numeric keyboard ...
