I proposed to my ex outside of Andy's Fish Bar in Coseley High St, on the 20th of November 2003. It was raining and I was kneeling in a puddle

North Bristol

I was sent to Nice as part of my Christmas bonus so *Him* came along. We went to Monaco for the afternoon (as you do), walked round the track and ended up in a little restaraunt just up from the pit.

We were chatting away and *Him* said "yeah, but you love me" I agreed and he asked "enough to marry me"? to which I started laughing hysterically!

He produced a plastic ring which he'd CAD designed at work - which I was really grateful for as it allowed me to pick my own sparkler lol

I always thought if I was proposed to it would be somewhere romantic and cliched...top of Eifel Tower, Venice...nope.

My ex's (gee, surprise he's an ex) parents were retiring to Jamaica and all his brother's and sister's were getting married so his parents could be part of it. We were at his parents house in Putney when his mum said "when are you getting married?" He said, we haven't set a date yet, turns to me and says when's good for you?!!

well, I met Adam when we were 15, we used to hang out by the church in our town and sit on the church steps. 4 years later, he took me to those church steps and asked me to marry him!! we got married in that church 3 years after that!! so very romantic. we often go for a walk and sit on the steps when we are feeling nostalgic. ahhhh, been married 12 years now!!

I proposed to Siren at a swingers social. We then had our stag and hen parties at the same social 6 months later and they had a whip round and gave us £150 as a wedding present, which we used for a slap up meal on our honeymoon.

Angus & Findhorn

Florence in a beautiful walled private garden on a warm summers night.

Was truly stunning and a moment I will remember always..

I got on one knee and asked if we could spend the rest of our lives together..

after only a nano second.. but it felt like an eternity..

I accepted and we have lived blissfully happy together......

viva la singledom..
