HELP....... I'm stuck

As many of you know, I'm finishing my degree this year and I'm a bit stuck on what to use for my disertation.

I'm doing Suburban Dysfunctionality in Contemporary Animated America and I've got the Simpsons, Futurama and Family Guy so far (any excuse to watch the telly)

Anyone know of any others that are relevant? This is contemporary America so 1960's to present day is acceptable.

Sorry to ask for your help but my brain is frazzled and I can't get a tutorial until next week and I really need to get going on this!

Thank you all......

Just to make clear, this is about Suburban Dysfunction so South Park and Beavis and Butthead is cool. Never heard of American Dad but will tottle off to scour youtube.

These cartoons have to show American life from the point of view of urbanisation and contemporary society with a dysfunction side so the Simpsons are perfect.

Ren and Stimpy are not animated people and therefore I can't use them.....

And Annie............ A cat and a Dog don't count, nor does a caveman who was bought back to life to perv over 3 teen angels! lol

Keep 'em coming...... I might pass this! hehehehehhe

Family Guy would fit the bill just right. Peter Griffin, the dad is about as disfunctional as Homer Simpson and twice as politically incorrest!!

Thank you all so much........

Mr twobonk .. I'll be up to smack your botty! (it's not just cartoons, I have to link them to real life suburbia in contemporary america - git!)

I was looking at doing Suburban Dysfunction as dramatised by television but thats far too big for 10,000 words so I've shortened it to Animation.

I think I've got all the cartoons now, if anyone has any helpful hints on how not to lose my marbles whilst trying to do this........... all will be gratefully received.

Thank you muchly

Not yet...... I've just got home and my brain is frazzled.

Had a most interesting argument in a lecture this afternoon with a brainwashed Bush supporter about 9/11 and the bollox that Bush told them all in the days afterwards about how the Iraqies were to blame and they attacked America because they were jealous of their freed.....

I did have to correct her with the facts about 50 years of American Foreign Policy......... Oh well..... I love starting an international incident!

Will rattle around Youtube in the morning....... When my brain stops hurting!

"with a dissertation like that im guessing ur career will be politician?

I passed my degree 2 months ago and thanks to everyone for all their help.

But I'm not going to be a politician, I'm actually working for the Military.

Who'd have thought that The Simpsons could lead to working with 800 soldiers!!!!!
