oh crap..well thats something no one could have planned for!

all i'd say personally to the people organising this is please dont stress ...things happen and if there isnt an easy fix then we still have the beach party to look forward too

trying to rearrange something on a BH weekend is going to be like trying to nail jelly to the wall....no one is super human and this isnt something that could have , or should have, been a consideration.

its unlikely as it was a name down and join on the night situation.our meet was due there this saturday only 24 of us,so easily changed .fortunatey one of our group worked their and we were able to give maddie a few days notice and alert her ..she was well on the case as always......

Just an idea, but Jenny, aka BettyBoo has a purpose built venue. Be nice to have it in the South West still, as I imagine there will have been a lot of peeps from the South West put there name down for it, ...and Chams is a little far for some of us.

Received a call from the liquidator at lunchtime, seems we've also lost our reservation fee £45.00, liquidator stated he could send a claim form, but in reality, there is almost zilch chance of receiving any refund, and because our amount was under £100.00 no chance of claiming under section 75 which must be over £100.00

Yes...... everyone with a credit card is covered automatically and I'm trying to find out the exact position of what is going to be happening as we speak.

I can't saying anything apart from Sorry to everyone. I had no idea but thank god it's 3 weeks before and not the night before when it would have been impossible to get hold of everyone.
