Why o why do they do that

The other night we went to a club and kinda chatted ect as you do.

Only 1 couple took our fancy but they seemed not to be interested in the slightest even to the point of seeming to avoid us slightly.

We decided to get dressed and head off home and as we put our coats on they came over and said are you going awwww what a shame. Why do folks do that i just cant understand it.

We just yes it is and Goodbye lol

Some dont understand they are giving of neg body language. We have seen a few couples like that in clubs.

Yes thats nuts.....what a waste,maybe they need to look at how they come across becasue if they're giving out sod off signals when they're actually interested its not going to go well for em

Maybe they didn't pick up on your body language. I have to be hit over the head with a brick before I get the idea. It's an argument for being more direct.

Funny you should say that.....

Was in the pub last week and was sitting next to a lovely female and we were chatting now and again but i was getting negative vibes so i just left her in the company of her friend.

Later on when i decided to go home i got up and she said is that me away and i said yes then see said oh well shame you couldn't stay longer, maybe see you another time.

FFS i just said to her make your mind up, this is my local so you know where to find me

Naaaaaa it was worse than that some how cos we did say hi to them but they kinda just kept going so to us that is a clear not interested signal.

We have had that at parties, if people are interested what's wrong in being upfront about it? If they are not interested then fine we won't sulk about it but giving off negative vibes is a big turn off and we won't go there twice lol xxx

Same club a few weeks ago, after we got home 3 couples from that night mailed us and said we would have loved to played with you but never got the chance.

FFS we sat in the lounge all night and not 1 person from the 3 couples spoke to us all night even though we did chat to quite a few others in the same place.

To be honest we had no interest in any of the 3 but they could not have known that as we are happy to chat to most folks even when not interested in them.

Yeah, were all for being more upfront and less subtle than we used to be. Have wasted some much time at parties with newbies that have given us the "we're interested vibes", but too nervous to actually do anything. And surprisingly, it's always the men who chicken out!!!!!

Some people are shy and it can be awkward in the company of strangers.

And that just doesn't apply to a club, it can be in any walks of life be it in a pub, meeting new people, job interviews, wedding speeches etc etc.

To be honest, I'm probably the worlds worst offender.

Jason's always moaning at me cus I never see anyone's body language, and I never imagine that someone could fancy me.

Trouble is, I'm actually very shy (stop laughing you lot) and I have no idea how to 'come on' to people

Mind you, it has it's advantages sometimes, Jason gets to do all the hard work and I just sit oblivious to it all until ordered to go into a room!

I have to say I am often the same as Maddie

I rarely (stop laughing) come on to a man in a club situation

I am so scared of the rejection

I often wait for him to make the first move or ask a mate to tell him my mate fancies you

I just don't get body language

Come over say hello and say you fancy me, then I get it

Say hello and its raining and I'll agree with you
