I forgot !!! There is one thing that makes me mad. It's drivers who stop and flash their lights to let me out when I am sitting at the junction of my road that crosses the main road.

Why the FUCK!! don't they just finish their manouvre?? They just have to take ONE fucking extra SECOND to do a right turn past me ..... But NO .... and it's ivariably fucking MEN ..... they stop , flash and try to entice me out .... WHY ???? I'd drive right into the path of cars passing them on the left if I moved. Fucking Sir Galahads.... I sit and look at them ...and don't move. They get a cob on .. dunno why. It's MY bloody car and I choose when it's safe to drive it .....not them !!

Actually! One of the motoring organisations surveyed traffic at a dozen major junctions across the UK and found that Ford and VW drivers were worse! It's not what car you own, it appears to be the job you do! Evidently, Reps are the worst, hence Ford and VW!

The Merc and Beemer urban myth came about through jealousy from that same group in the 1980's! Reps!! Believe me, when you are driving a car worth £30,000 you take care of it! When driving a repmobile that you don't have to pay for.....

My pet hate is the same as some others on here...people (usually women I'm afraid!) who approach a clear roundabout and still insist on stopping to check nothing is coming! Even worse when they see a car 100 yards away and wait for that to go!

i learnt to drive in Milton Keynes so i know all abut roundabouts - believe me

used to work in milton keynes...Mercedes and BMWs dont have indicaters there...

do they have them anywhere?????

I learned to drive in Swindon, if you can handle the 'magic' roundabouts there, you can handle any roundabouts!

And for the record, it's always male tourists I meet going the wrong way round a roundabout while driving abroad!

Strange that. Most expensive cars have automatic bluetooth connection to their phones! Rare these days that you see them holding a phone... AND Like I said in a previous post, drivers of expensive cars are less likely to drive badly because their cars are... errr... Expensive!

Passat's, Golfs A3's Mondeo's and now Insignia's are the ones to watch out for. Their cars are usually free to them (apart from taxation) and they have no interest in the resale value!

And yes, we have expensive cars!!!
