A world of my own

Just seen one on a TV prog and remember really wanting one when they were all the rage, never did get one. My daughter had one of those things made of pins that you shoved something in and it moulded to the shape (can't remember what it was called),anyway, what stupid, useless gadget did you have/want or maybe still have? Or have you any new stuff that has come on the market?

Yeah my latest new gadget is called a woman

It washes and irons and even cooks

It has some inherent designs faults though and can be noisy

They apparently are trying ta perfect it but i don't hold out much hope xx

I made one as part of my O Level in engineering

Remember welding the lugs to the ball bearings, then 'blueing' them by heating them up and dipping them in oil.

The thing with 'the pins' is now known as a 'contour gaugue'

Handy piece of kit if you want to replictae the shape of something and cut it out in wood or metal

Have you also notice that when you marry them, they dress in white like all good kitche applicances shopuld be and always have size 6 or below sized feet so they can get closer to the sink.
