Doh, stupid or what?

A world of my own

I had quite an early lunch today, nice but not a huge amount and was thinking about half an hour ago that I was feeling a little peckish... anyway I remembered I had a few duck spring rolls left in the freezer and thought I would put them in the oven while I had a shower. Shower done so down I go to get them out of the oven and tuck in, but guess what? I had put them on the baking tray but left then on top of the cooker I'll have have another glass of wine and wait another 20 mins now,doh!

Better to have something uncooked, then to find something burnt after forgetting to turn off the gas before going out!!!

My sentiments exactly,Ive ordered new part for the oven and it should be here in a couple of days so will be back to normal
