Whether it’s an initial social, or a day out, or some other encounter you’ve had from Fab, tell us about your most memorable meet where you didn’t actually have any sex at all.

Mine was an initial social with a lady I had been talking to for ages back in the day, we finally agreed to meet and go for a nice meal together in a nice restaurant.

Before the meal we agreed to meet in a local pub for a quick drink, and when she walked through the door it was a literal jaw dropping moment - dressed in a sparkly figure hugging dress and looking absolutely stunning - even better than her (already hot) photos could ever portray.

At the restaurant, we were the only customers all evening (it was a Tuesday night) and afterwards we returned to the pub and found a private booth in the far corner. For the next hour or so we snogged pretty much non-stop like teenagers for the whole duration.

Then after walking her back to her car about another 10 mins just stood there snogging again!

I got chatting to a woman who it turned out worked in the neighbouring building to my office. We used to regularly meet for coffee or lunch and to put the Fab world to rights. We never had sex m, but enjoyed having someone we could discuss our experiences with.

that’s another thing I like about the social side of the scene, whether it’s at a social or mingling at a club - the freedom to talk about it openly!

It’s not something you can open up with to family, friends or colleagues easily so having an outlet to talk about the whole swing scene is always good!

I used to meet a lady from Fab each lunchtime in my local pub. She was from Cumbria but was a live-in carer, with her agency sending her to live in tge home of a client for two weeks at a time and provide daily support for them.

One of her clients was near me, and she got two hours off each lunchtime, so I would join her for part of that time and hear her stories about how she got in to swinging and her experiences on Fab. She retired a number of years ago, so stopped coming down to London, which unfortunately meant that my lunchtime socialising came to an end.

I arranged to meet for a drink in a pub and couldn't find him. I texted to check he was there yet, he said he would meet me at the entrance. I went to the entrance and there was a man looking at me who looked vaguely familiar. I said his name and he confirmed it was him. I was so shocked I said where's your hair ? He ran his hand over an almost bald head and asked what hair ? (The photos were of various angles, but not full face) I said on your photos you had shoulder length dark hair ? Oh, they were when I was young, I haven't had hair for a long time. I asked why have photos that out of date ? He said because nobody would meet me now.

I had a similar(ish) experience a few years ago now.

Had been chatting to a lady with a very senior position in a very well known British Institution who lived up North, but regularly visited London with her work.

We arranged to meet on the South Bank and head for a posh meal. But in the end she actually said “fancy a McDonalds instead?”

So we had a Big Mac meal and rather than the fine steak and champagne we initially expected!

She was charming, lovely, spent the rest of the evening in a pub and had some wonderful kisses and embraces.

It was a lovely evening.

But I never did see her again as her account went UNLOS a few weeks later.

Other than when I see her face from time to time when browsing her company in the business news on t’internet!

Earlier this year I caught up with a guy I met through here but he's not on here/in (on?) the scene anymore.

We chat pretty frequently and have seen each other socially here and there but have only 'met' twice but we went and wandered around Wisley Gardens and just spent hours mooching and chatting and kissing.
