Oooh that's brutal, there should never be two 4 o'clock in one day.

Despite feeding the cats supper at midnight in the hope of a lie in, 7.30 they came and woke me up for breakfast. Though to be fair I had been awake and dozing for about an hour.

Day off today and I was really hoping for a bit more of a lie in I'll be honest.
