Are you a weekend creature of habit?

Every Sunday morning I like to make big old fried breakfast. Terrible for my heart and physical health but does wonders for my mind! Even better if I get to sit and eat it out in the garden.

What do you find you love to do on a weekend? Anything you get grumpy about if it doesn't happen?

It’s very weather dependent

And tbh I’m not really a creature of habit more into seeing how I feel to choose what I’m going to do .

I’m

A little ocd as like everything in its place and neat and tidy .

Coffee first thing (I don't drink it in the week). Then cooked breakfast, a bunch of Guardian quick crosswords and NYT puzzles, get the laundry on then a relaxed couple of hours edging and fapping (have to keep them pipes cleared) before a shower and shops, then making dinner.

Dunno how I fit it all in TBH

I live fairly rural but travel with work so shop on way home usually . If I’m

Not working the weekend it’s a bit of me time housework and laundry first after coffee

Then grab some breakfast with some tunes on of some description unless I’m

Away in the motorhome/ fishing

Think we all like a break although I’d never describe my weeks as mundane !

And find that a little sad that’s how you feel about your weekly life ( maybe in need of a change on that front ?)

Scotland does great work in controlling them and allowing the reds to flourish.

I like to sleep in a bit. Not too long as the dogs need to get out, just a bit later than in the week.

Unless we have got something planned, I'll always cook a big Sunday dinner 😋

I always have a swim on both morning if I can. It just makes my weekend feel like a treat. Life is constantly chaotic, and if I don't get that me time I am definitely a bit arsey for a few days.

Gym. Walk. If the weather is good, I head out. But mostly sleeping in and waking up late.
