where the road goes on forever

Hope I spelled that right, a thunderstorm lover, or someone who is drawn by the power of nature

Love yet fear an angry sea,the power is riveting, but the consequences of being in the grip of a bad storm at sea gives me the hebeegeebees

I was once out in a December storm at Doolin in Co Clare and the waves were so big and crashing so hard I swear I could feel the limestone under my feet tremble with each one. I could also see water falling upwards from the many small waterfalls on the cliffs.

Yes. As long as I'm inside watching it unfold. I used to love being in the rain when I was younger. Now I'm the one who has to do the washing and cleaning.

Depends on the storm and where I am. I've been on a North Sea ferry in a storm and I definitely didn't enjoy that.

It is a awesome sight. They have some very violent thunderstorms in Europe over the summer months. Amazing to watch.... Unless your caught out in one on a long distance hike.

Another fan of the thunderstorms. Seen a fair few amazing ones in my time. Love Autumnal windy days when the trees have colourful leaves that blow about in the wind

Its not fun in Cornwall where we get real storms, we are still cutting up the debris from Gorreti months ago. Four days without power is dismal.
