Could be any number of reasons.

Yes it’s easy to sit there and say just tell them the truth, but there’s only so far you can word something. It will still feel insulting whatever you say.

I'd never say because I didn't like the sex or because you're a weird kisser (both of which have happened). I usually try and soften the blow and just say it's not working for me.
