It's top tier, jobs are done, doors checked, everything off, empty the mind, get in to the most comfiest cosiest shape and place & relax your bones.

Then bone if you're not alone.

But you can just share the covers and hotbox or binge watch if you'd rather 😉

I’ve had years of office work 9-5 type jobs so it’s bed at 10.30pm and awake at 6.00am. Even weekends and holidays. My body clock has been institutionalised.
