Morning all!

So clearly I’m a morning person.

Are you too or more or a snoozer and 5 more minutes!

I’ve always enjoyed the morning calmness.

So what are you?

I LOVE a morning more than any other time of the day.. Because it's entirely novel to be rising early and not just STILL AWAKE 😂

I'm definitely an early riser & enjoy the peace & tranquility. My brain is far more focused this time of day & I get my Fabmin done & dusted!

I’ve always found this concept fascinating - especially when you have an all night meet etc.

I’m usually up at like 4am and when the other is still sleeping and they ask when did you wake I say ohh like 4 - the look you get

Amusing!

Early bird for me too.

I think it was posted earlier but I love the calmness of the morning, no one stirring and the peace before the carnage of the day starts and I'm stuck in traffic swearing

And good time to get my Fabmin done.

Always been an early bird usually up 5.30 6 o'clock without the alarm and same now I'm semi retired. I really can't sleep in even after a late night out.

A lie in for me is 8 o'clock.

Thankyou LatinaChica for the new word - Fabmin

A portmanteau word of I am not wrong - indicating a new word formed of parts of two others.

Im definitely a early riser.... sometimes reluctantly. It is the best part of the day though. A cup of tea, taken in the garden whilst I watch the world wake up and come alive.

Nope, something wrong with you lot.

I think I was only just managing to drift off as some of you were waking up today! Although I admit that was spectacularly late even for me 😴 definitely a night owl not a morning bird

I wake up early thinking I'll get myself to the gym and have a good day ahead too catch up on this work I have to do and give the flat a good clean then I can chill out. But I just last in bed for hours watching shorts on YouTube and don't bother doing anything

We go to bed and get up late. After years if getting up at the crack of dawn, getting kids ready, getting ourselves to work and just generally hitting the ground running from the minute we opened our eyes we really enjoy late starts in a very relaxed atmosphere. The only time we get up early is if we have a plane to catch

I hate early starts, which isnt great since on my long day shifts, I start at 7am.

I have to get straight up and I'm often laying awake before my alarm anyway.

I need a few coffees before I can properly wake up and get going.

On my days off, I'll get up around 8.40 ish.

I do a fair few nights though and like them, apart from them making my sleep pattern even worse.

I was always more of a lazy lounger, but 20 years of working shifts means even on my days off i’m usually awake early, and end up getting up to make a brew
